Vendor Requirements

• Handmade, boutique or vintage items only
• The number of "same type" vendors will be limited
• Set up time begins at 7:00 a.m. on the day of the event
• Event is 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 
• Someone must be managing the booth for the entirety of the event
• Displays must be kept up until 4:00 p.m.
• Tear down must be completed by 6:00 p.m.
• All vendors are responsible for filing their own sales tax records
• Vendors are encouraged to add one day liability insurance to their booth
• No smoking or pets permitted on the property
